Yoder meats are raised locally by the Yoder family and other local farms.  Their hands-on approach allows them to produce healthy, all natural beef with the ultimate in quality, flavor, and tenderness.  Enjoy all your favorite cuts from the hind and front quarter with this half split of beef.  On average you'll take home 115 pounds of wholesome meat.
